What Girls Think When They Lift Weights…

I’m still surprised by the widespread misconception that women think if they lift weights they they will get bulky. It’s not true. You’ll tone up instead. Only way to get bulky like the girl on the left is supplementing, eating HUGE amounts of protein, and did I say “supplements”? Check out my throwback blog covering this.
