Ninja Cadet Sean: Weekly Progress Report 4 (Final)

So this brings a conclusion to Sean’s personal 30 day challenge in going Paleo aka Project Ripped Ninja . He was already doing Paleo Diet  before and started at 180 lbs (He is 5’9″). When he started this personal project he was weighing 156 lbs and at the conclusion of this all he weighs 151 lbs.

All he did was eat Paleo and do Brazilian Jiu Jitsu 5-6 times a week for 2 hours. He did not do any weight training. But imagine if he did lift weights and strength train. I have no doubt he would look like Jason Statham.

    Thanks for all your help, Coach! Will still be moving forward with Paleo and the next phase that I will tackle is to re-fall in love with strength training again.
