Ladies Don’t Get Bulky

I hate it when I hear ladies thinking if they lift heavy they will get bulky.

You will get toned when you lift heavy. Only way you get bulky is if you are eating a high calorie diet (6,000 calories), taking estrogen blockers, or taking steroids. Plus females naturally have a lot of estrogen and that prevents them from looking like body builders.
