Ninja Cadet Sean: Weekly Progress Report 4 (Final)

So this brings a conclusion to Sean’s personal 30 day challenge in going Paleo aka Project Ripped Ninja . He was already doing Paleo Diet  before and started at 180 lbs (He is 5’9″). When he started this personal project he was weighing 156 lbs and at the conclusion of this all he weighs 151 lbs.

Part of being a ninja cadet is working out and changing your diet to paleo but he is actually already familiar with it and started a few months ago. He ate paleo and  what do you know? He starts seeing the benefits of it and lost weight.

Weekly Progress Report 4

My 30 days is up…but should I keep trying and see how cut and ripped I can get? Did I hit my limit? Not sure if there is anything else I can do. I don’t see much difference from last week.
